1. Post-3-day-festival diagnosis

After 3 days standing 8h+/day at Rock en Seine, typical signs:

• Swollen feet, heavy, tired.
• Heel calluses thickened by prolonged walking.
• Hand nails: 1-2 nails free-edge peeling, micro-chips.
• Mascara lashes clumped, sometimes broken from rubbing.

2. Sunday recovery routine

Sunday 23 August proposal:

1. SPA Luxe pedicure 50 min, €70. Cool bath + callus filing + drainage massage.
2. Manucure classique sans couleur 25 min, €30. Peeling repair + cuticle oil.
3. Lash cleansing 10 min (free if lash lift previously done at ours).

3. When to come Sunday 23

To recover this Sunday:

• 10am-12pm: before brunch, automatic flexible weekday rate.
• 2pm-5pm: automatic flexible weekday rate. Ideal post-lunch, quiet day.
• 5pm-8pm: Monday 24 return prep.

4. Prep Monday 24 return

Monday 24 August = 1st pre-back-to-school week for many. Sunday recovery benefits:
