For online payments, You Rêve Paris uses Stripe, Inc. (185 Berry St, Suite 550, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR. Stripe processes card data in accordance with its own privacy policy and holds PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. You Rêve Paris does not store any card data on its servers. In the event of an online payment, refunds may be processed within 5 to 10 business days in accordance with Stripe's terms. For any payment-related request, please contact contact@ureve.paris.
d) Cancellation & Refund Policy
For bookings with online prepayment by credit or debit card:
- Cancellation ≥ 24 hours before the appointment: full automatic refund to your card (Stripe processing time: 5 to 10 business days).
- Cancellation < 24 hours before the appointment: no automatic refund. You Rêve Paris may, at its discretion, offer a credit note or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Contact us at contact@ureve.paris.
- No-show (absence without notice): no refund.
For bookings paid on site, no prepayment is required. Payment is made directly at the salon upon completion of the service.
e) Personalised Marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok)
With your consent, your personal data may be shared with our advertising partners in hashed form (SHA-256, irreversible) for conversion measurement and campaign personalisation. No raw data is transmitted.
Data concerned (all hashed): email address, phone number, first name, last name. For each platform, additional technical identifiers (cookies, IP address, user-agent) are transmitted in clear for attribution — not considered PII under the GDPR.
