a) Privacy Policy (GDPR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés n°78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended), you hold the following rights regarding your personal data:

b) Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The ureve.paris website uses cookies and similar technologies, categorised as follows:

Legal basis: Strictly necessary cookies rely on legitimate interest (Article 6.1(f) GDPR). Audience measurement cookies require your consent (Article 6.1(a) GDPR).

You may manage your cookie preferences at any time via the consent banner displayed on the site or through your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect access to essential site information or the ability to book our services.

Google Signals (cross-device measurement). With your consent, Google Analytics 4 enables the Google Signals feature. For visitors signed in to a Google account who have turned on Ads Personalization, their sessions on ureve.paris may be associated with their Google account, enabling cross-device measurement, aggregated demographic and interest reports, and, where applicable, the creation of remarketing audiences served through Google Ads. You Rêve Paris only accesses aggregated reports: no individually identifying data is transmitted to it through this feature. You can turn off Ads Personalization at any time in your Google account settings (adssettings.google.com), or refuse these trackers via the consent banner.

c) Data Processors (online payment)

For online payments, You Rêve Paris uses Stripe, Inc. (185 Berry St, Suite 550, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR. Stripe processes card data in accordance with its own privacy policy and holds PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. You Rêve Paris does not store any card data on its servers. In the event of an online payment, refunds may be processed within 5 to 10 business days in accordance with Stripe's terms. For any payment-related request, please contact contact@ureve.paris.

d) Cancellation & Refund Policy

For bookings with online prepayment by credit or debit card:

• Cancellation ≥ 24 hours before the appointment: full automatic refund to your card (Stripe processing time: 5 to 10 business days).
• Cancellation < 24 hours before the appointment: no automatic refund. You Rêve Paris may, at its discretion, offer a credit note or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Contact us at contact@ureve.paris.
• No-show (absence without notice): no refund.

For bookings paid on site, no prepayment is required. Payment is made directly at the salon upon completion of the service.

e) Personalised Marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok)

With your consent, your personal data may be shared with our advertising partners in hashed form (SHA-256, irreversible) for conversion measurement and campaign personalisation. No raw data is transmitted.

Data concerned (all hashed): email address, phone number, first name, last name. For each platform, additional technical identifiers (cookies, IP address, user-agent) are transmitted in clear for attribution — not considered PII under the GDPR.

Legal bases: your consent (Article 6.1(a) GDPR) collected when booking your appointment, and the data controller's legitimate interest in measuring advertising effectiveness (Article 6.1(f) GDPR).

Transfers outside the EU: Google, Meta and TikTok may process certain data in the United States (Data Privacy Framework + Standard Contractual Clauses), and TikTok also in Singapore (SCCs). These transfers are framed under the relevant European Commission decisions.

Retention period: up to 2 years from the last advertising interaction, in accordance with each platform's standard settings.

Your rights: you may withdraw your consent at any time via the site's cookie banner, the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, or by request to contact@ureve.paris. You can also manage your preferences directly via the links above.

5. Limitation of Liability

You Rêve Paris endeavours to ensure the accuracy and regular updating of information published on this website. However, it cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy or the absence of errors or omissions. Use of the site is at the user's exclusive responsibility. You Rêve Paris disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site.

6. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

This website and these legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these notices shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, following an attempt at amicable resolution.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of the dispute.
