A beauty pedicure at You Rêve Paris, 7 rue d'Argenteuil, Paris 1st, a 3-minute walk from the Louvre, starts at €40 (30 min): nails cut and shaped, cuticles pushed back, hard skin softened with a foot file. With classic polish, allow €45; with OPI gel polish, €55 (40 min), lasting 3 to 4 weeks. The Luxury SPA version adds an aromatic soak, scrub, mask and massage: €60 without polish, €75 with OPI gel polish (60 min). Gel polish removal costs €10. Manicure + pedicure packages start at €65. We are beauticians, not podiatrists: the care is cosmetic, never medical, open to everyone, without polish if you prefer. The salon is open every day, 10am to 8pm, except 1 May. Payment is by card or cash at the salon, or by card online when you book. The team speaks English, French and Chinese, and online booking shows live availability.

What does a beauty pedicure include, and who is it for?

Cosmetic care of the foot, by beauticians — not a medical treatment

A beauty pedicure ("Classic pedicure" or "Luxury SPA pedicure" on our menu) gets your feet back in shape: nails cut and shaped, cuticles pushed back, hard skin softened with a foot file, skin nourished and — if you wish — colour, classic polish or OPI gel polish. The SPA Luxe version adds the aromatic soak, the scrub, the mask under warm towels and the massage. You leave with neat, soft, presentable feet, with no blades involved and no miracle promised on damaged feet.

It is not a medical pedicure: we are beauticians, not podiatrists. Ingrown nails, corns, fungal infections, thick painful calluses or a diabetic foot belong with a podiatrist — our guide to medical vs beauty pedicure explains where the line is, and why the two complement each other.

Who it is for, in practice

  • Before sandal season — smooth heels and coloured nails from the first warm days: our article on getting sandal-ready feet.
  • Tired feet — days on your feet, walking, travel: the SPA Luxe ritual with its massage, or the foot massage as an extra.
  • Thick nails or nails that are hard to cut — a clean cut and file (€25, 30 min), or a classic pedicure without polish.
  • Men — the same pedicure, without colour and without comment: see our men's manicure and pedicure guide.

Classic pedicure, SPA Luxe or polish only: what to book?

Three ways to look after your feet — each card shows the name you will see when booking

SPA Luxe pedicure

The classic treatment preceded by an aromatic salt soak, then a scrub, a hydrating mask under warm towels and a foot and ankle massage. When booking: "Luxury SPA pedicure", without polish, + Classic polish or + gel polish.

Polish only, removal or nail cut

Without foot care: "Classic polish (feet)", "Gel polish (feet)", "Gel polish removal (feet)" or "Nail cutting and filing". Gel polish removal: €10 alone, €5 with a new gel-polish pedicure in the same booking.

Classic or SPA Luxe pedicure: which should you choose?

The same nail and callus care; the difference is the time spent on the skin, and the relaxation

The classic pedicure is the maintenance treatment: efficient and neat, 30 min without colour. The SPA Luxe pedicure is a ritual — aromatic salt soak, scrub, hydrating mask wrapped in warm towels, foot and ankle massage — for feet that have had a hard time (walking, heat, closed shoes), or simply for the pleasure of it. The full sequence is described in our article on the SPA Luxe ritual.

How long does a pedicure take, and how long does it last?

What goes on in the chair, step by step

  1. Settling in — armchair, feet in the basin; the technician looks at the nails and the skin and points out anything that belongs with a podiatrist.
  2. Aromatic soak (SPA Luxe) — warm water and salts: the skin softens, the calluses loosen.
  3. Nails and cuticles — cut straight to avoid corners growing in, filed, cuticles pushed back and cleaned.
  4. Hard skin — softened with a foot file, no blade and no electric file; then scrub and hydrating mask under warm towels in the SPA Luxe.
  5. Massage (SPA Luxe) — foot and ankle: light drainage, arch and ankle stretches, pressure points.
  6. Finishing — cream, then classic polish, or OPI gel polish cured under an LED lamp: you leave dry.

Wear, removal and options

OPI gel polish lasts three to four weeks: on toes the nail grows slowly and rubs little — it is the regrowth at the base that eventually shows, rather than wear. Classic polish does not last as long and comes off at home. Gel polish removal is done at the salon, by gentle filing of the surface then controlled soaking — never by peeling, which is what damages the nail: €10 on its own (15 min), €5 with a new gel-polish pedicure in the same booking. To choose your finish, read classic polish, gel polish or hard gel. Nail art options (French, chrome, cat eyes, gradient…) exist on toes too, on a gel polish base, from €10, at the same prices as on hands.

Manicure + pedicure packages, and foot massage

Manicure and pedicure in the same slot, or a break devoted to your feet alone

The manicure + pedicure packages pair a manicure with a pedicure of the same level — classic or SPA Luxe — without polish, with classic polish or with gel polish, for the same price as the two treatments booked separately, or a little less; the four-hands versions, with two technicians, cost a little more, but the SPA Luxe + gel polish package goes from 120 min to 60 min. The "without polish" options are the ones we recommend for men (the guide). All packages are gathered on the packages and combined treatments page.

Foot massage

The SPA foot massage (€60, 45 min) is an oil massage of the feet and calves, without nail care: book it on its own after a day of walking, or add it to a pedicure in the same booking. What to expect: the SPA foot massage, a moment of calm. A leg or bikini wax also combines well in the same slot — we cover it in waxing + pedicure, the pre-summer duo.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a classic and a SPA Luxe pedicure, and how long do they take?

The classic pedicure (€40, 30 min) covers the essentials: nails cut and shaped, cuticles pushed back, hard skin softened with a foot file, finishing cream. The SPA Luxe pedicure (€60, 50 min) adds an aromatic salt foot soak, a scrub, a hydrating mask under warm towels and a foot and ankle massage. With OPI gel polish, allow €55 (40 min) for the classic and €75 (60 min) for the SPA Luxe.

How long does gel polish last on toes?

Allow three to four weeks, as on hands. On toes the nail grows more slowly and rubs less than on hands: it is the regrowth at the base that eventually shows, rather than wear. Removal is done at the salon, by gentle filing of the surface then controlled soaking, never by peeling: €10 on its own (15 min), €5 with a new gel-polish pedicure in the same booking.

Medical or beauty pedicure: podiatrist or salon?

We are beauticians, not podiatrists: our beauty pedicure looks after appearance and comfort — nails, cuticles, softened calluses, hydration, polish. Ingrown nails, corns, thick and painful calluses, fungal infections or a diabetic foot call for a medical pedicure with a podiatrist (chiropodist). The two go well together: the podiatrist for the groundwork, the salon for upkeep and colour.

What do you do about calluses?

With a foot file, on softened skin, never with a blade or an electric file: hard skin is softened and smoothed down gradually — stripping it in one go weakens the skin. The mask and the finishing cream do the rest. For very thick, cracked or painful calluses, we will point you to a podiatrist.

Do you offer pedicures for men?

Yes. Simply book a "without polish" option: Classic pedicure without polish (€40, 30 min) or Luxury SPA pedicure without polish (€60, 50 min) — nails cut straight and filed, tidy cuticles, softened calluses, natural finish. Same chair, same treatment, no questions asked.

Classic polish or OPI gel polish on toes?

Classic polish (Classic pedicure + Classic polish, €45) air-dries and is easy to change. OPI gel polish (Classic pedicure + gel polish, €55) is cured under an LED lamp: you leave dry and glossy, for three to four weeks — the choice for holidays and sandals.

How often should I have a pedicure?

With gel polish, the rhythm follows its wear: one visit every three to four weeks, removal and a new application in the same slot. Without colour, go by nail growth and the state of your heels: more often in summer, in sandals, and after a stretch of heavy walking.

Can I combine a pedicure with a manicure or a wax?

Yes. The manicure + pedicure packages (from €65) bring both treatments into one slot, for the same price as the two booked separately or a little less. In the four-hands version two technicians work at the same time — it costs a little more, but you are done in 60 min. A leg or bikini wax can be added to the same booking.

Are there any contraindications?

Fungal infection of the nail or skin, plantar wart, open wound, infected ingrown nail, diabetic foot — that is outside beauty care: we do not carry out the treatment and refer you to a doctor or a podiatrist, out of respect for you and for the clients who follow. Dry skin, superficially cracked heels or ordinary sensitivity are no problem at all: mention it and the technician adapts.

Can I have nail art on my toes?

Yes: French, chrome, gradient, magnetic cat eyes, baby-boomer or patterns by level of complexity, at the same prices as on hands — they are the "feet" nail art options in the booking flow, from €10, on a gel polish base (pedicure, polish only or manicure + pedicure package). On toes, a French tip or one accent nail on the big toe is often enough.
