An infill — "Lash Extension Refill" when you book — (€65, 60 min) replaces the extensions shed with the natural cycle: cheaper than a new full set, every three weeks or so whatever the technique. A removal (€15) dissolves the adhesive without harming your lashes — never pull them off.

The alternative to extensions — a "wide-awake" effect for six to eight weeks
A lash lift is a gentle perm: your natural lashes are curled from the root, so they look longer, more open and more intense — with nothing added. The effect lasts six to eight weeks, the length of the natural lash cycle, and is mascara-friendly from the next day. With the tint included in the lift & tint option, mascara often becomes unnecessary: the lashes are coloured from the root.

What happens during the application, and how do you look after your lashes?
What makes extensions last — and what makes them fall out
- Before — come without mascara, foundation or oily cream around the eyes, and without contact lenses if possible. Tell us about a recent eye infection, conjunctivitis or a known allergy to adhesives, perming lotions (lash lift) or dyes (tint).
- During — lying down, eyes closed, lower lashes protected. The technician isolates each natural lash and bonds the extension matched to its length and curl, never two lashes together. 60 min for classic, 90 min for hybrid and volume.
- After — no water or steam for 24 hours. Then: daily cleansing with a gentle lash cleanser, brushing, no mascara (especially waterproof), no oils or oil-based removers, no rubbing. Infill every three weeks or so.

Do I need to prepare my lashes?
Come without mascara, foundation or oily cream around the eyes, and without contact lenses if possible. Clean, oil-free lashes hold better. After the application, no water or steam for 24 hours.
How do I look after my extensions?
Cleanse them daily with a gentle lash cleanser and brush them, avoid mascara (especially waterproof), oils and oil-based make-up removers, do not rub your eyes and do not sleep face down. These habits noticeably extend the wear.
Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?

Do extensions damage natural lashes?
