Post-hiking pedicure August 2026: You Rêve protocol. Cool 10-min bath, thickened heel callus filing, healed-blister care, 15-min drainage massage, nourishing foot cream. SPA Luxe 50 min, €70. Ideal after GR20, Pyrenees, Provence.

1. Post-hiking diagnosis — 4 damages
On hiking return, we observe:
- Heel calluses thickened — 5-10 mm on heel sides, sign of prolonged closed-shoe walking.
- Healed blisters — often outer foot edge, forefoot. Left to dry = cardboard skin.
- Damaged nails — descent shocks (toe hits front of shoe), sometimes black sub-ungual haematoma.
- Mild oedema — end of day, tired feet.
Free diagnosis at start of treatment. If painful sub-ungual haematoma: refer to podiatrist.

2. The You Rêve protocol — 50 min
Our SPA Luxe post-hiking pedicure:
- Cool 18 °C mint + camphor bath 10 min — decongestion.
- Heel + outer-foot callus filing 10 min — professional tool.
- Local healed-blister care: repair cream + healing balm.
- Deep drainage massage foot → ankle → calf 15 min.
- Nourishing foot cream — supple skin again.
- Cut + file + cream + OPI polish or semi-permanent of choice.
50 min, €70. Immediate effect, "new feet" sensation.

3. When to come back
To rebuild feet after major effort:
- 1 session immediate return (day 1-3).
- 1 session 2 weeks later for upkeep.
- Then normal monthly routine.
See also our summer anti-callus care.

4. Home care between sessions
To upkeep between pedicures:
- Heel repair cream evening (10 urea).
- Cool foot bath 10 min, 2-3 times per week.
- Gentle file 1x/week, never metal rasp.
- Firm slippers, no prolonged barefoot on hard floors.

No. Painful sub-ungual haematoma = podiatrist referral. Beauty pedicure resumes after complete healing (sometimes nail falls and regrows, 4-6 months).
2 SPA Luxe sessions 2 weeks apart, then monthly routine. Thick heels need successive filings, not all in 1 session.
All OPI semi-permanent compatible. For tired feet, prefer light shade (pink, ivory, off-white) — less highlights residual calluses.
