30 minutes — the lunch pause
The express format. Focused on the dominant tension zones: neck, shoulders, upper back. The ideal break for executives working in the 1st or 2nd arrondissement. You walk back to the office without sweat, looking calm.
60 minutes — the real pause
The deep format. Full back, neck, shoulders, sometimes arms and legs on request. Chosen by those wanting to truly disconnect from the week — Thursday evening, Friday after work, or Saturday morning.
After the massage, complete with an OPI manicure: the full Thursday evening pause. How a session unfolds
Step 1 — Welcome and listening (5 min)
You share what weighs: neck/shoulder tension, general fatigue, a need for calm. You note your aromatic preference. You settle in.
Step 2 — The massage (25 or 55 min)
Soft to medium pressure, long movements, calm tempo. Our practitioner combines effleurage, gentle kneading and pressure points on identified zones. Hushed atmosphere, soft music, regulated temperatures.
Step 3 — Coming back
A few minutes to rise without sudden moves. Glass of water, infusion. You leave gently.
💡 Tip: book your massage after an important meeting, not before. You release the generated tension instead of locking it in arriving already preoccupied.
Cared-for hands and maintained nails: the union of relaxing massage and winter manicure. Why winter
Cold contracts neck and trapezius — mechanical, unavoidable at 5 °C.
Aromatic oils open senses dulled by office dry air. It is a sensory reset as much as muscle relaxation.
January weeks feel longer. A mid-week massage breaks lived duration.
What the massage is not
To be honest: this is not a therapeutic massage, not osteopathy, not physiotherapy. For medical pain (sciatica, hernia, injury), see a doctor first. Our massage is relaxing — it unwinds daily tension, not pathology.
The best slots
Our advice:
Tuesday or Wednesday lunch, 30-min format, to split the week in two.
Thursday evening 6-8 p.m., 60-min format, to slide toward the weekend.
Saturday morning, 60-min format, stacked with an express manicure for a full morning for yourself.
30-min massage + sage green semi-permanent manicure: the complete Thursday evening pause.Combining with a manicure
Many of our clients stack 30-min massage + semi-permanent manicure. Allow 1 h 15 in total. Our favourite Thursday evening "full pause" — mind and hands aligned at once.
One slot that reshapes the week
Book your 30 or 60-minute relaxing massage. 7 rue d'Argenteuil, Tuileries metro.
Two formats: 30 minutes at 50 € for a quick pause, 60 minutes at 95 € for deeper effect.
Aromatic oils selected for their relaxing effect — the exact blend is adjusted at the start of the session based on your preference and desired outcome.
Thursday evening 6-8 p.m. is our recommendation to reshape the end of the week. Tuesday/Wednesday lunch suits the 30-minute format.
