
No deposit. Either you pay the full amount online by card (secure Stripe, Apple Pay / Google Pay accepted), or you book without paying and settle at the salon. Cancellation: free up to 24h before — automatic full refund if you paid online. A You Rêve gift card can also cover all or part.
1. Two ways to pay
At the last booking step, the "Finalise your booking" screen offers you:
- 💳 Pay by card now: the full amount of the treatment is paid online, right away, via Stripe. Your slot is confirmed and paid.
- 💵 Pay at the salon: you book without paying anything online. Your slot is confirmed, and you settle the full amount at the salon on the day of the appointment.
- 🎁 Use a gift card: a You Rêve gift card covers all or part of the amount; any remainder is paid by card online.
In every case, there is no deposit: no partial percentage, no "balance in cabin". Either the treatment is paid in full online, or it is paid in full at the salon.

2. Paying by card online
If you choose "Pay by card now", payment happens in a secure Stripe form embedded in the page:
- You choose your treatments and your slot.
- You fill in your details (with or without creating an account).
- The final screen shows the total amount to pay.
- You pay by bank card, or in one tap via Apple Pay / Google Pay if your device offers it.
- Payment is validated immediately (3D-Secure). You receive a confirmation email and a Stripe receipt.
The amount charged is exactly the treatment price shown: no extra fee is added on the client side.
3. Paying at the salon
If you prefer not to pay online, choose "Pay at the salon". Booking works exactly the same: you receive the same confirmation email, your slot is held for you. The only difference: you settle the treatment at the salon, on the day of the appointment. Nothing is charged online.

4. Security: why Stripe
Card payment goes through Stripe, which handles only the transaction. No bank data is stored on our end — we only see the last 4 digits and the card type. Stripe is PCI-DSS level 1 certified, applies 3D-Secure, is GDPR-compliant and is used by tens of thousands of companies (Zara, Boulanger, BlaBlaCar...).
5. Cancellation and refund
The cancellation link is right in your confirmation email. What happens, by case:

The refund is triggered automatically at cancellation and appears on your statement within a few business days (Stripe banking delay). If you see nothing after a week, contact us: we trace the transaction in minutes.

6. Client-side benefits
- The choice: online by card if you want to settle everything in advance, or at the salon if you prefer.
- Immediate confirmation by email, with a Stripe receipt if you paid online.
- No card stored on our side.
- Faster in-cabin payment if you already paid online: there's nothing left to do on your way out.
