Quick Answer

You Rêve Paris stays open all through August 2026, 7 days a week, 10am to 8pm, Sundays and Saturday 15 August included: no summer closure. August prices are July prices — no surcharge — and the flexible rate from Monday to Friday (10am-12pm / 2pm-5:30pm) stays active. The salon opened in 2025: this is its first August, and with the district quieter there is all the time in the world for longer treatments. 7 rue d'Argenteuil, Paris 1st.

August 2026, our very first August

In France, August empties the local high street: many Parisian salons close for two to four weeks, and "who is still open?" becomes the most useful question of the month. This August is our first, and it fell to us to decide what to do with it.

This is not a tradition we are keeping up — it is a first-year decision. A young salon that shuts for three weeks leaves its clients with nowhere to go at the very moment they are looking for an open door. We made the opposite choice: the salon stays open 7 days a week, 10am to 8pm, from 1 August to 31 August, Saturday 15 August included.

I ran beauty institutes for more than fifteen years before founding You Rêve Paris, and my French-speaking clients call me Lune. Staying open through August only extends what this house was always meant to be: "your high-end beauty institute near the Louvre Museum".

💡 Worth remembering: "open 7 days a week, 10am to 8pm" isn't a summer campaign. It's how we've run since we opened, in August as in the rest of the year: there are no closing dates to check before you come.

August 2026 opening hours, 15 August included

The month is simple to read, precisely because there is nothing exceptional to remember:

Prices move no more than the hours do: a treatment costs the same in August as it did in July, with no high-season surcharge, no Sunday supplement and no public holiday supplement. The flexible rate even stays active from Monday to Friday, on appointments starting between 10am and 12pm or between 2pm and 5:30pm, and the reduced price applies automatically. We explain how it works in our article on the You Rêve flexible rate.

What a quieter August makes possible

Being open is only half the story. August changes the rhythm of the district, and that rhythm in turn changes what an appointment can be.

Time to stop watching the clock

This is the most concrete benefit. The treatments that deserve a proper session — a hands + feet package, a set of lash extensions, a full You Rêve package — need a long slot, not one squeezed between two meetings. In August those slots are easier to find. You settle in, you choose the shape and the shade, and the work happens at its own pace, with nobody rushing.

💅 Hands + feet SPA Luxe + semi-permanent €135
✨ Russian volume lash extensions €130
🎁 Full You Rêve package €300

Those three take 120, 90 and 240 min respectively, at July prices. The first two come down to €125 and €110 when the appointment starts inside a flexible-rate window, Monday to Friday.

A team in rotation to cover all seven days

Six beauty therapists work alongside the founder: Dodo and Xin, our signature nail technicians, Léa also on nails, Eva for lashes and eye beauty, Mélodie for waxing, Alice for manicures and pedicures. In August the team works in rotation so that all seven opening days are covered. You can meet them all on our team page.

The Louvre district at a different pace

Our address, 7 rue d'Argenteuil, 75001 Paris, sits a few minutes from the Louvre: Pyramides metro (lines 7 and 14) is 1 minute away, Tuileries (line 1) 3 minutes, Palais-Royal (lines 1 and 7) 4 minutes. In August the local offices empty out and the surrounding streets get their quiet back, while the Tuileries, the Palais-Royal and Les Halles stay within walking distance.

The district itself doesn't empty, though: in August it fills with visitors from all over the world. The whole You Rêve team speaks French, English and 中文, so talking about shape, shade and how long you want the finish to last is straightforward.

After a week of walking or a month in sandals, a pedicure gets your feet back in shape in a single session.

Back from holiday: what feet and nails need

August is also the month everyone comes home. A week of hiking, kilometres in sandals, sand and chlorine: feet and nails arrive at the salon with a history behind them. Three requests come round at this point in the year, and each one fits into a single session:

If your August includes a wedding, the look is a different question altogether, and we have given it a guide of its own: the guest nail look for a wedding in Provence. For your lashes, Russian volume lash extensions need 90 min at €130 (€110 flexible rate) — an appointment far easier to fit in during August than in the thick of September.

Booking in August: what to know before you book

Online booking is the simplest route, and it's open 24/7: you look through the free slots, you choose your treatment, and the flexible rate applies automatically when the slot qualifies. You'll pay by card when you book, or in cash at the salon. Walk-ins are welcome, though a 120 min slot is rarely free at a moment's notice.

As for planning ahead, one rule covers it: the longer the treatment, the earlier you should book. A 240 min slot keeps one therapist busy for a good part of the day, so it needs booking well before an express manicure does. Rather than quote a typical lead time, we would point you at the online diary — it is the only place with up-to-date availability.
